In the first part of our program, new managers and senior leaders will:

​

1. Explore tools and practices for developing team trust & fostering psychological safety in their workplaces.

2. Learn how to clarify workplace expectations, set strong professional boundaries, and integrate healthy & consistent habits to keep their teams on track, drive ownership in shared goals, open active lines of communication & create high levels of team buy-in. 

3. Gain insights and practical strategies to manage destructive emotional reactions - such as anger and frustration that lead to blame, avoidance or panic - and sharpen their levels of professional emotional intelligence. (EQ)

4. Understand how playing to individual personal motivators can leverage leaders in bringing out the best in each of their teammates, driving motivation & engagement.

In the next part of our signature  training program, we invite participants to:

1. Experience the difference between fixed mindsets and growth mindsets, inviting them to step out of the humdrum of their comfort zones and dare to embrace growth opportunities within their stretch zones.

2. Understand that mistakes and temporary failure are stepping stones to real skills acquistion and deep learning, provided professionals adapt and actively apply lessons learned.

3. Take initiative in their professional lives by fueling their ideas and commitments with concrete action, role modeling proactive leadership and results-driven execution to their teammates & colleagues, delegative effectively and following up on work in progress end-to-end.

4. Apply adaptive communication strategies in motivating team members and learning how to give and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement & learning.

In the final part of the program, we focus on specific ways new managers can remain solutions-focused and not problem-stuck.  

In this final step of the training, leaders will:

1. Explore the tendency to say "no" or "cannot" too quickly in the face of challenge rather than digging deeper and considering available options.

2. Learn about their own personal threshold of control, focusing on resources readily accessible to them and taking action in solving problems or resolving issues they encounter in their daily work swiftly and confidently.

3. Learn to anticipate all possible future scenarios to proactively consider mitigating strategies and solutions before a problem presents itself.

4. ​Understand how to optimize their resources "working smarter, not harder" and communicate action plans and changes to their team clearly & consistently.​
